Sushi is a big passion of mine.The love and dedication I have for sushi began with my first mentor who taught me traditional sushi but the more I learn the more variety I like to add to dishes.

Crew 

I take great pride in cooking for crew as I believe that a crew that is well fed with good, fresh food, makes a happier crew. This also gives me a chance to play with food and try new things as well as practice recipes.

Breads

Bread is something I like to have fun with and experiment with as I try to learn more about and understand. There is nothing quite like the smell of fresh bread coming out the oven.

Things change, styles change, ingredients are different and with that comes imagination. I try to learn new styles form the people I work with.

Travel, Fun & Inspiration to me is highly important. It allows the soul, mind and imagination to grow and stay happy. Experiencing what is out there in the world  keeps a chef alive.
